Paul Hoy is responsible for leading IBM's Business Analytics solution growth in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He is responsible for driving market strategy, developing and aligning solutions with target markets, and helping business users derive value from IBM Cognos applications. With 30 years experience helping organizations tackle business and technology issues, Paul's understanding of sales and operations planning (S&OP), supply chain performance, inventory management, production, demand and fulfillment challenges enables him to assist IBM customers to realize the efficiencies and returns Business Analytics solutions deliver. He has executive management experience with a number of application software vendors, and has held materials management positions in industry. His experience includes the areas of S&OP, ERP, supply chain management, and labor management solutions. His roles include general manager, and executive sales, support, materials, marketing, and product management positions. Prior to joining IBM, Paul was Vice President at Kronos, Inc., where he was responsible for Kronos' $100 million manufacturing industry division. Paul also held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Pivotpoint, Inc. a start-up organization that launched one of the first client/server ERP product offerings for the midrange manufacturing market. Paul is a frequent speaker on manufacturing industry topics. He holds a BA degree from The College of The Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

Martha Lieber is the Director of Business Systems for Papa Gino’s, Inc., a mid-market restaurant enterprise based in New England. As Director of Business Systems since 2007, Martha is responsible for managing her company’s Cognos environment and report development as well as the supporting databases. With combined experience in finance and technology, she functions as the liaison between the business and IT, evaluating user needs and data requirements. Ms. Lieber was hired at Papa Gino’s in 2001 as the Director of Financial Systems and prior to Papa Gino’s has worked for companies in retail and manufacturing. Based in the UK, Colin Linsky is the Worldwide Retail Lead for SPSS Predictive Analytics within IBM's Business Analytics Industry Solutions Team. In this role, he is responsible for the positioning, solution development and go-to-market execution activities for advanced and predictive retail analytics. Prior to his current role, he specialized in survey and market research and was part of the team which launched and grew the IBM SPSS Data Collection multi-channel survey research platform. Colin has been an independent analytics consultant serving a wide variety of sectors and has post-graduate degrees in Applied Psychology.

Patricia Waldron is IBM's Worldwide Retail Business Analytics and Optimization Portfolio Leader. She is responsible for setting strategic direction, developing solutions, leading practices and go-to-market programs for IBM's analytics offerings. Patricia works with retailers, analysts and partners around the world to harness the combined power of IBM's hardware, software, consulting services and research sciences to help chains understand consumers, make better business decisions and drive profitable growth.
