Nathan Chu is a Systems Engineer who stands at the forefront of the Cyber Security Realm to help organizations prepare for inevitable intrusions. Prior to joining Cisco’s Cyber Security team, Nathan spent 4 years as a Generalist Systems Engineer, consulting design strategies with clients and improving his technical acumen by acquiring numerous certifications.

Nathan graduated college as an Optical Science Engineer, earned a Master's Degree in Biomedical Device Engineering, and eventually found his passion in Networking through Cisco’s Sales Associate Program (CSAP).  In CSAP, he discovered an avenue that would allow him to help a diverse range of people, processes, and organizations through Cisco’s portfolio that would leave an impacting impression.

When Nathan isn’t glued to his computer, he enjoys playing sports, eating everything, spending time at coffee shops and watching the Golden State Warriors dominate.

Jason Dablow has over nineteen years of experience in the IT industry, with the last fifteen focused on security. As a Principle Field Engineer he helps shape the security posture for top global enterprises specializing in threat detection ofr email, web, virtualization and cloud environments. In his free time, he enjoys being on the golf course and restoring/building arcade cabinets.

Pat leads the global risk and compliance program to reduce Corporate and Continent technology and sensitive data risk.  My team works with internal and external partners to identify, understand and find ways to mitigate these risks by driving adoption of security policies, standards, controls, solutions and regulatory obligations. We also leverage our security tools, processes and partners to efficiently produce timely and accurate audit evidence as an outcome of sound daily operational practice.

Pat worked at Starwood since 2006 and started their application security, risk assessment, compliance, PCI, franchise security governance and risk programs and had recently launched the governance program for the centralized Identity and Access Management initiative.

Previously, Pat ran CorpID for Fidelity Management and Research, one of the world’s largest financial services companies.  Begun in 1999, Corp ID is still the central identity store for all Fidelity systems and services globally.  During his time at Fidelity, Pat also led or was a SME in a half dozen additional identity and access management projects covering HR data integration, partner and contractor management and developed an early mobile IAM tool.  He later helped start the third-party assurance program and was a technical risk advisor to senior leaders in Fidelity’s investment practice.

Prior to his security work, Pat led IT and business operations, finance, customer service teams, and business intelligence teams at several organizations.  He has also been a journalist and a high school educator.

Nicolas (Nico) Fischbach is leading Forcepoint’s cloud-first transformation as the CTO for the company’s cloud security business, where he oversees technical direction and innovation. Before joining Forcepoint, he spent 17 years at Colt, a global B2B service provider, and was responsible for company-wide strategy, architecture and innovation. He ran global network security engineering and operations for eight years, building Colt’s first Security Operation Center and deploying the first DDoS mitigation solution in Europe. In 2009, he joined the Office of the CTO to build and lead the company-wide strategy and architecture groups covering infrastructure and product R&D for all networks, platforms, cloud stacks, OSS and security.  Nico also focused on bridging technology strategy, customer relationships and open innovation, with the goal to drive non-adjacent and “beyond the roadmap” portfolio evolution.

Nico is a recognized authority on service provider security as well as on next-generation network and cloud architectures, holding a master’s degree in networking and distributed computing from Pierre and Marie Curie University, a master’s degree in computer science from Institute of Information Technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Robert Schulman University Institute of Technology. He also sits on the advisory board of Versa Networks and is a member of The Honeynet Project, a research organization dedicated to internet security.

Wendy Nather is Principal Security Strategist at Duo Security. She was previously the Research Director at the Retail ISAC, as well as Research Director of the Information Security Practice at independent analyst firm 451 Research. Nather led IT security for the EMEA region of the investment banking division of Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS), and served as CISO of the Texas Education Agency. She speaks regularly on topics ranging from threat intelligence to identity and access management, risk analysis, incident response, data security, and societal and privacy issues. Nather is Co-Author of The Cloud Security Rules, and was listed as one of SC Magazine's Women in IT Security “Power Players” in 2014.

Katherine Teitler is the Director of Content for MISTI, where she is responsible for programming information security conferences, workshops, and summits. Katherine also writes on a variety of security topics for the company’s Infosec Insider, and contributes articles to third-party security media. Previously, Katherine was the Director of Content at IANS, where she built the research program for subscription clients, and has held various editorial and sales roles at CFO Research, Forrester Research, and Bitpipe (acquired by TechTarget).

As MISTI’s digital content strategy lead, Marcos spearheads the brand’s content marketing strategy, implementing a process to deliver high-quality insight to information security and internal audit professionals. Prior to working with MISTI, he served as the online editor for the award-winning SC Magazine, a prominent B2B IT security publication. He also served as a senior editor at NewsCred, a prominent content marketing agency, where he provided content strategy guidance for leading brands that include Discover, IBM, Visa and Bloomberg.
