He has spent the last 12 months focusing and driving InterCall's webcasting, virtual event and streaming media strategies into industry leading. Prior, Ryan oversaw InterCall operations for all webcast and streaming event management, including consulting and coordination of virtual strategies for PepsiCo, Nike, and IBM. Prior to InterCall, Ryan worked for several small start-ups focused on integrating web conferencing strategies and services into the enterprise.
Eric Vidal is the director of product marketing for InterCall. He was a contributor to the recently published book The New Virtual Classroom and is considered a leading voice and expert in virtual learning and Web collaboration. Vidal has more than 15 years of experience in developing, implementing and optimizing Web collaboration, online learning and marketing communications for numerous organizations. He manages the virtual university and product education initiatives at InterCall, and he managed the virtual classroom product for two years at WebEx. Prior to joining InterCall, Vidal held management positions at Cisco, WebEx, IBM, BBDO Worldwide and Macromedia.
